Description
The P4 motherboard is the heart of the P4 range measurement system. Designed for precision instrumentation, it provides a complete platform for acquisition, processing and synchronization of multi-channel data.
Thanks to its 100 ns GPS timestamping, the P4 ensures perfect temporal coherence between sensors, even across distributed networks. Compatible with all daughter cards in the P4 range, it forms a modular, scalable and robust base for your industrial monitoring or research projects.
Designed to operate in extreme conditions (-40°C to +85°C), the P4 is perfectly suited to the most demanding industrial environments.

Modular architecture
Scalable platform with interchangeable daughter cards
The P4 accepts up to 4 daughter cards simultaneously, allowing different measurement types (vibration, temperature, acoustic) to be combined on a single platform. Each daughter card communicates via a high-speed bus ensuring perfect synchronization across all acquisition channels.
High-precision GPS timestamping
100-nanosecond time synchronization
The integrated GPS module provides an absolute time base with 100 ns precision, enabling synchronization of multiple P4 units deployed on a site. This is essential for source localization applications (acoustic emission, seismic monitoring) and multi-point data correlation.
Embedded processing
Embedded Linux system for local data analysis
The integrated ARM processor runs a full Linux system, enabling signal processing algorithms to be implemented directly in the field. This drastically reduces the volume of data to be transmitted and allows real-time decision making (threshold detection, event classification, smart compression).
Multi-protocol connectivity
WiFi and USB
The P4 integrates multiple communication interfaces: 802.11n WiFi for configuration and data download, and USB for local retrieval. WiFi mesh mode enables self-organizing sensor networks.
Industrial robustness
Designed for extreme environments
The P4 is built to operate in harsh industrial conditions: temperature from -40°C to +85°C, IP65 protection with sealed enclosure, vibration and shock resistance per IEC 60068-2-6. Industrial-grade components qualified for a minimum 10-year lifespan.
